This is the single entry point for Optivise policies and product trust resources. Platform-specific requirements are explained within the relevant product policy rather than duplicated as separate pages for every marketplace.

Company policies

• Privacy Policy - information collected, product data flows, processors, international services, retention, and user choices.
• Terms of Use - acceptable use, product responsibilities, marketplace connections, usage-based services, and limitations.

Product trust and support

• Smart Planner Support - setup, troubleshooting, Google Sheets, ChatGPT Apps/MCP, OAuth, and product-specific data questions.
• Security - security contact, responsible disclosure, and the controls used across the hosted planning service.
• Data deletion - how to disconnect an integration or request deletion of an account, job, artifact, or support record.

Platform boundaries

Optivise’s product policies describe the data sent to Smart Planner and the service providers that operate it. ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google Workspace, Claude, Notion, and other connected platforms remain separate services with their own terms, privacy controls, account records, and deletion mechanisms. Use the platform’s controls for provider-side conversation or account data.
