Smart Planner and Google API Data
Smart Planner is an Optivise Google Sheets add-on. When you open Smart Planner in a spreadsheet, it processes the active workbook, your instructions, model configuration, and generated results to provide planning and optimization features. The service sends the information needed for that request to the Smart Planner backend and writes results only to the workbook you are working in.
Smart Planner’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Smart Planner uses Google Workspace data only to provide or improve user-facing planning and optimization features. Smart Planner does not use or transfer Google Workspace data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Smart Planner does not sell Google Workspace data. People may access Google Workspace data only when you give consent for support, when access is required to investigate abuse or a security issue, or when the law requires it. OAuth tokens are not stored and are used only for the duration of a request.

Agent Optimization Engine Data
The Agent Optimization Engine is the Optivise CLI + Skills product for approved, shell-capable AI agents. When you choose to use it, the CLI reads only the project files and configuration included in the workflow you authorize. Validation and solve requests send the selected named datasets and model configuration to the Optivise service. Result artifacts are then downloaded to the output location selected for the project.
Your AI agent may process instructions or local files under the terms and privacy controls of the agent provider you choose. Review that provider’s settings before authorizing local command or file access.
The CLI may store service configuration and authenticated session information in the user’s local profile so later commands can connect to the selected service. The CLI sends only the named datasets and model configuration selected for a validation or solve request; unrelated files and secrets are not part of that request.
Before a submission, validate --dry-run or solve --dry-run fetches the model descriptor and prints a manifest with the endpoint, model, configuration, selected file paths, byte sizes, SHA-256 hashes, expected local writes, and redacted authentication mode. Dry-run does not upload datasets or write solver artifacts. This client-side behavior does not make a promise about service-side retention after an explicit request.

Where Your Data Is Stored
- Contact form submissions are stored securely in infrastructure provided by Tally (and/or destinations you connect such as Google Sheets).
- Scheduling data is handled by Calendly, which maintains its own compliance and security controls.
- Chatbot messages (and voice recordings, if you use voice) are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses.
