Security contact

Report a suspected vulnerability, exposed credential, privacy issue, or abuse of the Optivise service to support@optivise.cc. Please do not include passwords, private keys, access tokens, or customer data in an initial report.

Service controls

Smart Planner uses HTTPS for public service traffic, OAuth authorization with scoped access, tenant-aware authorization, least-privilege service accounts, request and job identifiers, and operational access controls. MCP requests are served by Google Cloud Run in the initial global service; the Beijing website server is not in the MCP request path.

Security controls and service providers may change as the product evolves. We will update this page when a material change affects the data or access boundary described here.

Response

We acknowledge reports when practical, investigate according to severity and available evidence, and may ask for a reproducible description. Do not use this address for routine product support; use Smart Planner Support.
