Use of Website

This website provides information about our software and allows you to request demos, join our newsletter, or interact with our chatbot. You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website.

Smart Planner Add-on

Smart Planner is an Optivise Google Sheets add-on that helps users model, optimize, and write planning results back to a spreadsheet. By installing or using Smart Planner, you authorize its use of the Google permissions you approve and agree to use it only for lawful, authorized work.

Smart Planner provides decision-support outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing model assumptions, solver results, and any operational decision made from them. Do not rely on Smart Planner as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, safety, or compliance advice.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Smart Planner as the service evolves. Details about Smart Planner data handling are available in our Privacy Policy, and product help is available through Smart Planner Support.

Agent Optimization Engine

The Agent Optimization Engine is an Optivise command-line and agent-skill workflow for preparing decision data, validating model inputs, starting optimization runs, and downloading results. You must authorize any AI agent before it installs software, runs local commands, reads project files, or submits data to the Optivise service.

Optivise output is decision support. You remain responsible for checking source data, rules, goals, assumptions, exceptions, trade-offs, and any operational action based on a result. A result produced within a time limit is not necessarily the only or best possible answer.

The Agent Optimization Engine uses the published @smart-planner/cli helper. You must authorize an AI agent before it installs software, runs commands, reads project files, or sends selected planning data and rules to Optivise. Review the returned plan, exceptions, and trade-offs before taking operational action.

The CLI is open source under the MIT License and is maintained in the standalone public repository. The command has no daemon, monitoring process, or telemetry path. --dry-run shows the intended request before a validation or solve submission. Hosted solver access is a separate metered service and is subject to the applicable service terms.
